Peanut Laddu / Palli Laddu recipe / How to make Peanut Laddu Recipe – Groundnut Laddu

Peanut Laddu Recipe is very easy to prepare and it is very delicious and tasty.

Peanut Laddu is an evening  snack recipe.

Ingredients for making Peanut Laddu Recipe:-

  • Roasted Peanuts –  1cup
  • Jaggery – 1 cup

Here only we need two ingredients to prepare peanut laddu.  we can store Peanut Laddu 3 to 4 days and we can enjoy peanut laddu by eating it every day if we make it.

So Prepare the delicious and sweet Peanut Laddu by the two ingredients with peanut and jaggery.

PEANUT LADDU  RECIPE PREPARATION METHOD

Now lets prepare Peanut Laddu recipe,

First we have to take a bowl and heat the bowl after that pour 1 cup of Peanuts and roast the  Peanuts on low flame, until the peanuts roast perfectly.

The peanuts should roast perfectly after that switch off the stove and let the peanuts cool for 5 to 10 minutes.

After that Peel the peanut skin with your hand or take a small bowl or roller and press slowly on to the peanuts to remove the skin.  Slowly remove the peanut skin and then it becomes white.

After that keep Peanuts in a bowl. Then it is ready to make Peanut Laddu.

Jaggery Preparation Method For Peanut Laddu:-

Take Jaggery and grate the jaggery  or chop to small pieces and keep aside in a bowl to prepare Peanut Laddu.

Preparation Method of Jaggery :-

Now lets prepare Peanut Laddu. Take a bowl and switch on the stove, after that add 1 cup of chopped jaggery into the bowl.

No need to add water to prepare  Peanut laddu. stir continuously to melt jaggery.

We should continuously  stir the jaggery  to make it thick, after that take some water in to the plate and take 2 to 3 drops of  jaggery in to the  water and see whether it is forming thick layer or not. If the Jaggery forms thick paste and the jaggery must get little sound.  Then it is ready to make peanut laddu. For clear idea you can see the video below.

After that add peanuts in to the jaggery and mix well and switch off the stove.

Then mix the Peanut Laddu perfectly to make in to round balls.

After that make peanut laddus in to small balls after 5 minutes. If Peanut Laddu is totally cool we cant make laddus pefectly.

So Slowly make the peanut Laddu and keep aside and taste the sweet Peanut Laddu by  enjoying it.

We can eat Penut Laddu daily for energy.
