Paneer recipe is very easy to prepare. We need only milk to prepare paneer.
By preparing paneer we can make paneer recipes very easily. We can make paneer at home very easily .
Paneer is easy to prepare, every one can make paneer easily at home.

Ingredients for preparing paneer
- Milk as required
- Lemon (or) venigar
HOMEMADE PANEER PREPARATION METHOD
Lets take full cream milk for preparing paneer.
Firstly switch on the stove and put a wide bowl on the stove and pour the full cream milk in to the bowl.
Later boil the milk and stir it continuously so that the milk does not burnt down.
After boiling the milk for some times add 1 lemon to the milk and stir it continuously to separate the milk and water from it.
Even it is not separeted add some more lemon or venigar to it and stir it continuously .
After separating the milk and water then switch off the stove and drain the water from it.
Later wash the paneer with water to avoid the smell of paneer.
After that transfer the paneer to fresh cotton cloth and remove the excess water from the paneer.
After that adjust the paneer in shape as required and keep heavy weight on the paneer and let it leave for 1 hr .
After that take the heavy weight from it and the paneer is ready. Now cut the paneer in to square shape. Then the paneer is smooth and perfect. Then the paneer is ready and we can keep in fridge for 2 to 3 days and use it. Now with paneer we can make many paneer recipes easily at home.
