Egg Biryani In Cooker – Cooker Biryani
Egg Biryani is very easy to prepare. we can cook egg biryani very easy with in 10 to 15 minutes. By preparing in cooker every one can cook easily egg biryani.
So follow the process to enjoy the taste of egg biryani.
Ingredients for Egg Biryani
- Boiled Eggs
- Oil
- Onions
- Brown onions (for garnish)
- Garam masala
- Spices – bay leaves, star anise, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon sticks, coriander sticks.
- Ginger garlic paste
- Green chilli
- Tomatoes
- Basmati Rice
- Turmeric
- Red Chilli
- Coriander powder
- Biryani masala
- Salt
- Coriander leaves
- Mint leaves
- Curd
- Ghee
Onions for Egg Biryani
Take 2 to 3 big sized onions and cut it into slices. Switch on the stove and pour little oil in to the pan and fry the onions on medium flame until it get brownish colour. After becoming brownish colour take the onions in a plate to garnish the egg biryani.
Eggs for cooking
Take eggs (as our wish) and boil eggs in cooker up to 2 whistles or put in a bowl and boil up to 5-10 minutes and switch off the stove..
Take the boiled eggs and remove the cover and take in a plate.
Next, Switch on the stove, take pan and pour some oil then take boiled eggs and fry the eggs until it becomes brownish colour.
After becoming brown colour, switch off the stove and take the brown colour eggs in to the pan.
Rice for egg biryani
Take 1 kg basmati rice add some water and soak.
Keep aside for half an hour.
After that remove the water.
Method for cooking Egg Biryani
- Take cooker switch on the stove
- Pour some oil in to the cooker and heat the cooker on high flame.
- Add some onions, 2 to 3 green chillies, ginger garlic paste, bay leaves, cardamom, star anise, cloves, cinnamon sticks, coriander seeds.
- After little fry add tomatoes fry for some more time then after that to prepare egg biryani add some turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, biryani masala.
- Later add some curd for gravy to prepare egg biryani.
- Then add water( 1 cup rice — 1 cup water) , coriander leaves and soaked basmati rice with out water in to the cooker.
- Add fried eggs, mint, coriander leaves, brown onions and some ghee and close the lid and wait upto 2 to 3 whistles.
- After that switch off the stove and wait for 5 minutes to open the lid.
- Later open the lid to taste egg biryani.
- After opening the lid mix the egg biryani.

Then serve it in a plate and enjoy the delicious flavour of egg biryani.
